Alice joined the team in September 2023, after working for over 2 years in the Intellectual Property, Media and Communications department at Péchenard & Associés law firm.

Through her previous experience with DDG law firm and INA’s legal department, she has acquired expertise in all aspects of intellectual property in various sectors such as photography, fashion, music, audiovisual, architecture, etc..

Alice advises on drafting contracts, establishing a rights protection strategy, negotiating royalties, as well as on litigation (counterfeiting, disputes relating to the transfer of rights, unfair competition or parasitism, etc.). She is also involved in new technologies and data protection issues.
