He advises French and international clients (in English) in the art, publishing, media, luxury goods, fashion, internet, wine and gastronomy industries.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to his years of experience as a criminal lawyer, he has developed particular expertise in information technology and business criminal law. He draws on his legal expertise to advise his clients on their day-to-day business affairs (negotiating, drafting and reviewing contracts).<\/p>\n<p>He has also developed recognized expertise in the art sector, notably through the management of several artists\u2019 estates. Jean-Philippe began his career with Olivier Metzner, then moved to a business law firm where he practiced intellectual property law in various sectors such as media, cinema and the Internet.<\/p>\n<p>Jean-Philippe has a keen interest in complex matters on inheritance or complex litigation involving multiple issues, multiple jurisdictions and conflicting international regulations.
